Well lol the pic isn't the best, but yea in a sense i can see how thick it is. But still that is alot of weight on that piece thats sticking out and if you ever get it running the torque will be leaning on that side.

LOL i mean "IF" as in IF you ever get it running. Your still a long ways away lol.

And yea that is what im talking bout why dont you reinforce it so your not putting any unnecessary stress on the tubular k member.

Lookin' good so far!! If you still need those struts I should have them off either this weekend or early next week. I have spring break the 16th-20th, so hopefully I can get mine tore apart. Do you still need the rear control arms?

Here is what I got done today. Now I'm working on the harness. Got all the lights, wiper controls, horn, and third brake light located.. except the right front turn signal.. its in a different harness.. dumb fords. Next gotta find constant power supplys, Hot for start and run, and hot for run acc. Its actually kinda fun.. as long as the wiring is NOT in the car lol. Next I need to splice everything into the Fox light harness... and my dumbass threw away my plug for the wiper motor.. if anyone has one, that'd be great lol

Damn, that looks like fun! I actually enjoy doing that sort of thing too, except when you test everything successfully and get it all wired up and for some reason it doesn't work when you're done!

By the way, I think that Blue Tree air freshner compliments the V10 nicely.

OK, so the wire chasing is officially done. I know what goes where and how to do it... now I just need to do it lol. Thankfully the Diagnostic port wires for the Excursion and Mustang are the same, so thats an easy one. Found all the lights and where they plug into the 98 dash, will splice those in the fox harness using SN95 connectors.. Waiting for Terry to bring over the soldering iron sos I can get that part fini

ECU, Engine, and lights are wired. Still gotta do the power windows, locks and dome lights. Probably gonna wire them as a standalone. But, the hybrid, SN95/Excursion/Fox harness is yet to be tested lol

Well, the beast is now mobile, Thanks to Milhous for the Hook up on the Tubular control arms and GT rear springs. And to 1KleenSVT for the V6 wheels. The car looks pretty good with these wheels on it. I'll take some pics tomorrow and post em up. No hood, and mounting that damn steering rack sucks anus. Then to top it off, there is no way to connect the spindles, it appears the rack is WAAAAYY to wide!! And the big goofy wheel that I assume is to absorb vibrations, hits on the dang Motor Mount support brace. I'll have to get a flaming river rod or something.

Oh.. and how the hell does the rod connect to the steering column? It slips on.. but slips right back off, there is no clamp or anything to hold it in place. mmmgayfords

Well for those of you that don't know, I had to move, leaving behind my wonderful heated 2 car garage. Rented a stall in a huge garage with a bunch of old cool classics.. but cant work on it. Just got a new garage, startin on the 1st, 15X20, so I'll be back in action on the 1st. Finish up the harness (gotta make conections for the 02 sensors) weld up a sump, and run the new fuel lines, hook up the brakes, and get a cooling system, should be good to go. Maybe done by dyno day.. but sheite always comes up

So here is an update on the car.. Fuel, wiring and everything is done.. however due to the PAT system, I cannot start the damn thing. I can bypass the anti theft with SCT software.. BUT the damn thing has to be turned on!! I thought by just applying power to the ECU I could get into the programming and disable it.. nope. I can either get the PATs from the Excursion (if you saw what was left of this thing you'd dread it also) So now its probably gonna end up being a stand alone. I will have to run an injector driver to run the larger injectors required by E85.. if it was a V8 the Haltech or Megasquirt could run up to 120lbers.. but the V10/V12 has a 60lb max.. for high impedence
